ABOUT US

Beacon Seed was started in 2017 by Brad and Ashley Scruggs, upon seeing a need for a quality seed procurement business that is built around customer service. Beacon Seed is licensed with the Oregon Department of Agriculture, and is capable of shipping seed worldwide. Beacon Seed is currently located in Scio, Oregon. Brad and Ashley were married in 2014, and happily reside in the small town of Scio as well.

We Deliver

We pride ourselves on getting your seed to you in a timely and efficient manner. We have our own trucks with curtain van trailers to deliver seed from local
growers into our distribution warehouse, as well as container chassis for delivery to
ports for export shipments.

Beacon Seed is strategically located in the heart of the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The weather is perfect for cool season grass seed production.
